ONE FACILITY. MULTIPLE TEAMS.
Designed for Interdisciplinary Use.
Mobility safety crosses departmental lines. Therapy may establish or
update recommendations, nursing integrates mobility needs into the shift,
CNAs and restorative staff complete frequent point-of-care mobility
tasks, and facility leadership manages the people and systems supporting
the operation. Mobility Safe is designed so each group can interact with
the part of the workflow relevant to its role rather than requiring
every employee to use the system in exactly the same way.
OT / PT
Therapy
Therapy can maintain mobility-focused recommendations such as
assistance level, transfer approach, device use, safety instructions,
and update status so other authorized disciplines have a concise view
of the guidance established during rehabilitation.
RN / LVN
Nursing
Nursing can review current mobility guidance while coordinating
care, recognize assistance requirements, receive relevant requests,
and stay aware of mobility updates that affect routine transfers and
movement during the shift.
CNA / RNA
Direct Care
CNAs and restorative staff complete many of the mobility tasks that
occur throughout the day. Mobile access can place assistance level,
staff requirement, device information, and transfer guidance closer
to toileting, bed mobility, transfers, and routine movement.
ADMIN
Facility Leadership
Facility leadership can manage authorized users, account status,
facility settings, wearable assignments, and other operational
controls while maintaining oversight of how Mobility Safe is
configured within the organization.
